How I Show Up Now
A day to reconnect with yourself. Properly.
For women who are doing life well, but don’t recognise themselves anymore.
28th February 2026
AUCKLAND
You don’t need to become someone new.
You just need support to meet yourself where you are now.
This day is for you if…
Your life is full and good, but when you catch your reflection, you don’t quite recognise yourself anymore.
What used to work for you no longer fits, and you’re ready for guidance that meets you exactly where you are now.
You’re not chasing a reinvention or a glow-up, you simply want to feel comfortable, confident, and like yourself again.
Why This Day Matters Right Now
A lot of women I speak to say something like, “I love my life, but when I see myself in the mirror, it doesn’t feel like me anymore.”
You’re grateful, you’re committed, you’re present, but something feels different and you can’t quite put your finger on why.
Maybe your makeup isn’t flattering like it used to. Maybe your clothes feel awkward or uncertain on your body. Maybe your energy doesn’t match the life you’re living.
This experience was created for that exact in-between moment, not crisis, not reinvention, just reconnection.

Your Experience Day Schedule:
Arrival + Settle
The day begins slowly. Tea, light refreshments and space to arrive as you are. No pressure, no performance.
Morning Reset: Body + Breath
A science-led session exploring how modern life has altered the way we breathe, keeping many women stuck in a constant stress response. Through education and gentle practice, you’ll learn how functional breathing supports calm, clarity and energy, creating the foundation for the rest of the day.
Short Break
A brief pause to stretch, grab a drink and let the body settle before we move into the next layer.
Nutrition + Hormones: Supporting Your Body Now
A grounded, practical session focused on nutrition and hormonal health at this stage of life. We cut through diet noise and talk honestly about energy, mood, metabolism and what actually supports you now.
Hosted Lunch
A relaxed, seated lunch. Time to exhale, connect and let the morning integrate.
Styling: Working With the Body You Have Now
An empowering group session with Caitlin, focused on understanding how bodies change and how to dress with confidence today. We explore shape, fabric, proportion and why what once worked may no longer feel right.
Hair + Makeup: Adapting as Faces Change
A practical, confidence-building session with Eleanor, focused on lightness, placement and refining hair and makeup to suit who you are now, not who you were ten years ago.
Photography: Bringing It All Together
In the final session, everything comes together. You’ll move into your individual photography session in a calm, supportive environment. While one person is being photographed, others are resting, changing or enjoying the space. Nothing is rushed. You are guided every step of the way.
Closing Drink + Group Wrap
We finish with a drink and a shared moment. A chance to reconnect, reflect, and gently mark the end of the day before heading back into life.

You’ll leave with…
A clearer sense of yourself. Not the version you used to be, and not someone new, but you as you are now.
You’ll have practical, repeatable tools that make getting ready simpler and more intuitive. Less second-guessing. Less standing in front of the mirror wondering what’s changed and why nothing feels quite right.
You’ll feel more at ease in your body, your clothes, and your presence. More confident walking into rooms, meetings, and everyday moments, without overthinking how you look or how you’re being perceived.
And this doesn’t stop when the day finishes.
What tends to shift is how you move through ordinary moments. Getting dressed with less noise. Catching your reflection and feeling steadier. Showing up with a clearer sense of yourself.
The insight from the day is designed to be something you return to. Not a one-off experience, but support you can use again when things start to feel uncertain or misaligned.
Most of all, you’ll leave with relief. The kind that comes from feeling supported, understood, and gently guided, rather than fixed or pushed.
This isn’t about reinvention.
It’s about clarity, ease, and feeling more like yourself.
Frequently Asked Questions
-
Absolutely not. There’s no “turning back the clock” language here. This experience is about acceptance, adjustment and confidence in the body and face you have today.
-
No. This is not about transforming you into someone else or doing dramatic before-and-afters. It’s about understanding what’s changed and learning how to work with it in a way that feels aligned and kind.
-
No. The pacing is intentional. There are breaks, quiet moments and space to breathe. This is not a packed schedule designed to squeeze as much in as possible. It’s designed so things actually land.
-
Not at all. In fact, many women come because they aren’t. The photography part of the day is calm, supportive and unrushed. You’re guided the whole way, and nothing is forced or performative.
-
That’s often a good sign. Curiosity is enough to start the conversation
-
Neither. How I Show Up Now is a one-day, in-person experience. There’s learning, application and reflection, but it’s not classroom-style and it’s not a retreat. It’s designed to feel grounded, practical and human.
-
Women who feel like they’ve changed and want support to show up confidently now.
If you’ve noticed shifts in your body, face, energy or confidence and feel unsure how to adapt, this day was designed for you. Most women who enquire are in their mid-40s and beyond.
-
No. There’s no pressure to speak, share or perform. Conversation is optional, silence is welcome, and the group dynamic is gentle and respectful. You get to participate in a way that feels right for you.
-
That’s completely fine. Many women come feeling unclear, not broken. You don’t need to arrive with answers. The day is about creating clarity, not demanding certainty.
-
You’ll receive simple guidance beforehand, but the short answer is: come comfortable. This isn’t a fashion parade. The styling session is about learning, not judging what you arrive in.
-
The group is intentionally small. Between 10-15 women. This keeps the experience calm, personal and supportive.
-
You’ll receive a curated selection of 10 professionally edited images that reflect who you are now.
-
Yes. Lunch is included and forms part of the experience. It’s a relaxed, seated meal with a nutrition conversation focused on this stage of life. Nothing preachy. Nothing extreme.
-
Yes. This experience was created with that life stage very much in mind, including changes in energy, body shape, skin and confidence.
-
No high-intensity movement is involved. The morning reset is gentle, accessible and chair-friendly if needed. This is not exercise or yoga.
-
Only a limited number of times. This isn’t a mass event. Each day requires a lot of care and intention, so availability will be limited.
-
The first step is to enquire. Details are shared privately to make sure this experience is the right fit for you and for the group as a whole.
About Keri
I’ve spent years working closely with women, watching how confidently they lead, care, build, and show up for others, while quietly feeling unsure about themselves.
I created How I Show Up Now because I’ve seen how disorienting it can be when your reflection no longer matches the life you’re living. Not because anything is wrong, but because bodies, faces, and seasons change, and no one really teaches us how to adapt with kindness.
This day brings together everything I know about presence, photography, confidence, and being seen, in a way that feels calm, practical, and human.
You don’t need to arrive confident. You just need to arrive as you are.
Why this day is intentionally limited
This experience is kept small on purpose.
Limiting numbers allows the day to move at an unhurried pace and ensures each woman receives personal attention, space, and care. It also creates a quieter, more supportive environment where people feel comfortable being themselves.
This isn’t a large workshop. It’s a considered, shared experience.
